when i goto the domains page don’t see any way to do this it just puts in / and can’t change it.

If you are referring to the root folder of your Primary domain name, this cannot be changed. Only an aliased domain within a Deluxe or larger hosting plan can be directed to a specific subfolder as the root of the domain.
