Sites still not working consistently on European Server

My sites are still coming and going. One minute not working and then a few minutes later working fast, then again not at all. This has been going on for weeks and is constantly being discussed on the forums.
Everything works fine in the morning European time then about lunchtime onwards the problem starts.
Support keeps saying they can find no problems, although they have admitted to others at different times that there is a problem.
It is not my ISP as every other site on the planet is working for me and I dont need a lesson on site optimisation.
Surely it is possible for a check to be put on this server over a period of time to confirm the downtime.

I did notice a little bit of slowness with your site, however, it did end up resolving for me. If you notice that you are having issues, it may be easiest to contact our Support team via phone when the issue is happening. You can contact them at 011-480-505-8877 if you are located abroad. You may also want to check connections on your site when it is happening using a third-party site like host-tracker.com to see if there is any issue with connections to the server.

I use megaproxy as someone at GD advised and when my sites are down it does not work through that either, returning, cannot display the webpage

Sites still coming and going ULTIMATE HOSTING WHAT A JOKE!!!!! How do I get all my sites moved to another server. I keep contacting support and they say nothing is wrong. But 2 out of three times that I try and access a page on my 20 plus sites or update in admin , the site just trips over and i get ie cannot display this page.

Can anyone advise if this poor performance is the best I can expect. I am trying to build up a large network of sites here and I waste 50% of my time refreshing the pages in the hope that I will catch it when it is performing properly and I can update a page. Once second it is working well and the next so slow that it trips over to the cannot display page error. I have an “Ultimate Hosting Package” People visting my sites in the UK and Europe experience the same problems. But it seems to work OK in Arizona which is not much comfort.

I am currently able to access the site with no issue. Without being able to duplicate the problem, it is extremely difficult to verify the root cause of the issue. If you are seeing this occur intermediately and believe this is related to a server-specific issue we recommend that you contact our Support team by phone at 480.505.8877 during a time in which the problem is occurring. This will allow us to better investigate and determine the origin of the issue.
