Slow Servers? + FTP directory issues.

I’ve noticed in the past hour that my site, http://www.triple-shot.ca is surprisingly very slow. Occasionally it will have fast moments but then it suddenly grinds to a halt. Any ideas on why this is happening?

And another reoccuring problem that I have, is that when I’m using Firefox (latest update), I will almost always get an error when I try to access my FTP manager (the one provided by godaddy) that tells me it could not get the directory info. I’ve tried cleaning out my cookies and closing/reopening Firefox, but it doesn’t fix it.
As an attempt to get around that problem, I’d open up IE and try to use it, but after a couple minutes I’d get the same message.
The only thing that works so far is if I open the 64bit version of IE, so occasionally I have to dump the cookies so it will work again… but all in all rather annoying that I have to use IE to access and manage my FTP files.
Any feedback is welcome

Additional Information: I am a Windows Vista user and the problem with the directory has been a problem for at least a couple weeks. I don’t know if it’s the same FTP problem I notice others are having recently?

I recommend that you contact our support teams regarding this matter, as I was also getting some intermittent errors when trying to access your site. Our support teams would be able to take a more detailed look at your account and better assist you. The FTP issues you described do not seem to be related to what the other users were discussing. The FTP issue that was identified was only affect Linux hosting and it was not affecting the File Manager.
