Hi I just want to seek help with my problem on my website http://mattscradle.com I was viewing my website then suddenly after doing refresh page this message was reflected on the screen “the site is currently not available” when I mouse over the address tab I see a “default.secureserver.net” on it. If there’s someone out there who can explain this happenings please hit the comment. Also I want to know what should I do and until when will this problem last. Thank you in advance.

The same thing has happened on my site, I looked in the HCC in system processes and saw that there`s nothing in there except my ftp session

The Page that the Domain is Loading to is a page that is typical when first pointing to a Hosting plan after installing a Hosting Connection Application. This message typically will go away and the page start resolving properly within the first few minutes to 24 hours. If you continue to receive this message you will want to contact our Support team so that they may review the account to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed.

While I would also suggest if the error message is the same to contact Support team, what is the URL to your site so that we may review it a little further for you?

Hi Sherrod are you saying that I was transferred to the new hosting plan. My site seems back to normal now though a bit loading slow.

i have also getting the same error with my web sites http://www.bedavaemlaksitesi.com. everything was fine until a two hours ago and suddenly all my domains aren’t reachable now.

it is not a new account everything worked perfectly for months and i have changed nothing. it just started to giving that error message! turns out i am not the only one having that error and probably it’s a genuine godaddy 4gh hosting issue

yup, im having the same issue and im on the phone with support team right now, theres a node down on their server in certain areas.. they assured me that it would be up and running in less than 24 hour period..

@chrisa is correct that some of our hosting servers were experiencing this issue. I do see that most of the affected servers are now working properly, please continue to let us know if you are unable to access your sites so that we can continue to investigate the matter.

I have been unable to access any of my sites on my hosting package all day. They worked fine up to and including this morning (UK time).

http://www.thebarrelmonkey.com, http://www.windowsphonegamer.net or http://www.suffolktoysandtrains.com

I am able to ping them find, and when I connect via ftp I am able to see that my webapps are still there, but when I try via http I am immediately greeted with a blank page.

This issue would not affect the functionality of any links on your site, just that for a brief time the server was not responding correctly. I found two links on the site you provided and both are referencing the C: drive. You will want to update these links to reference files within your hosting plan and not your local computer.

I am able to view all three of your sites, two are resolving to a custom landing page, while the other resolves to our default welcome page. Your issue was likely due to this same error that has since been resolved.

I created a webhost two days back. My link is accessible in some parts of the world but not all. Sometimes it works for me and sometime it gives ‘page not found’ error. Any help?
