Trouble adding new FTP user.

When I click on the button for “Add FTP User” nothing happens. I suspect the JavaScript code is not executing.
Could someone take a look at the script?

This sounds like it may be a browser specific issue as we are not having any issues with adding FTP users at the moment. I would suggest trying this in another currently supported browser:
