I want to know the verbiage that goes where I have 3 dots in: “https://…/contacts.php in order to run my contacts.php script to submit the data on my Type On PDF Pro App for iPad to my database.

I’m not sure how this application works but that may be the domain name. I did some research and I wasn’t able to determine much in regard to how this actually functions. I’d recommend you contact that company to determine what this connection requires. I’d wager a guess that it’s your domain name that’s being hosted but I can’t say for sure without knowing more information.
