My site works fine if I use http://www.url.com but if I leave the www off and just use url.com I get a blank page with a No input file specified. My address bar in my browser says url.com/install.php. I’m totally new at this as you can probably tell. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

This might be caused by an error in a .htaccess file on your hosting account. You might want to review any .htaccess files that have been uploaded to see if you are able to locate any errors in them. If your site is being redirected to another file, this generally indicates that there is some sort of scripting that is causing the error. If you are being directed to an install.php file, this might be an issue with an application that was installed on the hosting plan.
