@ohado,
WCF is supported with our shared hosting on IIS7. Please note that you may have to have Basic Authentication disabled, which our Hosting Support team would be able to do:
http://support.godaddy.com/support/
If you need specific options with the WCF as well, you may want to contact our Support team to confirm that our shared hosting would support it. Otherwise, if shared hosting would not support it, you would need to probably look at purchasing a dedicated or virtual dedicated server.

microsoft WCF (windows communication foundation) Framework – yes, it is supported, but we cannot assist with the process. – confirmed ok with AHS Sean S. 04/22/2011 – IIS 7, may need to have basic auth disabled per http://community.godaddy.com/groups/web-hosting/forum/topic/hosting-wcf-data-service/
UPDATED INFORMATION on 28 April 2012 per AHS Manny G. and AHS Dan E.: Cust receives the following information in relation to WCF framework: IIS specified authentication schemes ‘Basic, Anonymous’, but the binding only supports specification of exactly one authentication scheme. Valid authentication schemes are Digest, Negotiate, NTLM, Basic, or Anonymous. Change the IIS settings so that only a single authentication scheme is used. Per AHS, AHS admins can, with expressed customer consent, disable BASIC authentication only. This will enable the Anonymous option to coincide with the additional formatting required.
