The web root of the some of our domains have changed, they used to just point to “/” but now the domains root urls are changed to folder in which they reside. So its pointing to “_domains/domainname” instead just “/”. We haven’t changed any code in these sites but suddenly this has changed yesterday which is causing to break the sites. kindly any help would be great.

This also seems to be affecting a client of ours who has a Linux website on GoDaddy.
Is there any more information about this?

@navig8or, @myaccount, and @upshift:
I apologize for the delay in response; it looks like the moderation team accidentally overlooked this thread.
We’re currently in the process of upgrading our Linux Web Hosting servers from Apache 2.2 to Apache 2.4. Because of the upgrade, Apache may handle some PHP coding or .htaccess settings differently than before. If it’s only started since the past couple of days, your issue may be related to the Apache upgrade. You’ll want to contact our Live Support to review your account and see if it’s related to the Apache upgrade. If you’re seeing any error messages on your sites, you’ll want to search for the error message along with “Apache 2.4″ to see if there are any known compatibility issues with your coding/application and this newer version of Apache.
