Website doesn’t show up

Hi,
I have uploaded my website with “index.html” couple folders with pictures and 2 style files and it’s not shown on my website…
It shows “Welcome to: my domainname”
it has godaddy logo, ads and godaddy shop.
What should I do I tried everything!! please help!!

I bought a domain and a website builder last night- doesn’t comeup when I google address? Does website ONLY show up on go daddy’s web site?

Based on the description you offered, you will need to make sure that the A record for the domain is pointing to the IP address of the hosting server. As it seems this will need to be edited, changes to DNS records can take up to 48 hours to propagate.

After you complete your site and publish it, you will need to submit it to Google for review. Typically, it can take up to 6 weeks for a site to be listed on the search engines.
