Website Totally Down

My website (www.thehungryswan.com) is completely down! I cannot connect to the FTP or the domain in browser. This is true for all websites on my hosting plan. Any and all support would be much appreciated.

I have done some extensive testing of your site and have not been able to duplicate any issues with the account appearing down at this time. I have even reviewed this with member of our Hosting Team who has ran multiple site connection tests as well as FTP connection tests to the server. We have also verified connections to your site running through host tracking services which are reporting average response speeds of under 1-2 seconds.
If you are still seeing your site appear down at this time, I would recommend running a trace on your domain and reaching out to our Live Support via phone so we can further review the matter within your account.
