WordPress Contact Form 7 not sending email

Hey, I am new to WordPress and hired someone to redo our site using it. He used a plugin called Contact Form 7. Anyway, does anyone know if there is a configuration file that this plugin uses where the connection to the Form mailer script that Godaddy uses is configured? I have looked at the settings page, and didn’t see anything like this there, However, there is a place where you can edit the php files. I just don’t have a clue and the support page for the plugin didn’t speak to this issue at all.

If you are using a plugin with its own script, more than likely you should have a file or area where you can set the SMTP server. If this is the case, you will use relay-hosting.secureserver.net, which does not require authentication.
