Attention Wordpress Users (and probably any other CMS)on shared hosting: Godaddy’s form-mail does NOT deliver emails to Hotmail, Gmail and AOL! Ever wondered why your subscribers signed up … but never verified their email? They NEVER GOT THE EMAIL.
This kills the “max 1000 email per day” rule on shared hosting. Only work-around apart from leaving Godaddy: set up a smtp plugin which will overwrite the form mail use. It limits you to the infamous 250 emails per day … but at least emails GET SENT. Even better solution: get a an smtp service from another provider.
Any thoughts? Because I’m still not happy about it!

@krautshooter

This is correct Form-mailers cannot send to @aol.com, @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @msn.com, or @yahoo.com addresses on our shared hosting environment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for your feedback.
