Ok, today is the second day in a row when about the same time of the day I’m having problems with wordpress sites.

When I’m trying to see my wordpress sites, I see complete blank page. When I’m trying to view the source code it shows complete blank, nothing.

I have 3 sites with up to-date wordpress installed through godaddy Install Apps panel. All with different themes.

Here is one of my sites:

Staff, please take a look! Any advice would be appreciated!

Mine is doing the same thing.

Any other site on that package loads fine, but the wordpress just bogs down. It used to just give me errors every now and then. But now I get blank pages. First time I loaded it this morning, I got the front page. Then I tried to login. It took about 13 refreshes and closing browser, reload the page etc. for the login page to come up.

Now I’m at a loss. Why is it so slow, and I am not moving packages, since I just transferred my hosting packages to the deluxe one.

This issue can occur if you have FastCGI enabled for your hosting account. If you do, you may want to disable it by following these instructions.

1. Under My Products, select Hosting
2. Click Launch
3. Under Settings, select File Extension
4. Select Edit to the right of PHP file extensions
5. Select the corresponding PHP version without FastCGI
6. Click OK

Sorry, but this isn’t making sense. Under Settings and File Extension, I see .php4, .php5 and .php. The later two show that they run under PHP 5. When I select one of the extension and click edit, my only options are PHP5 and PHP4.

Can you offer any clarity?

Amazing, worked! And it seems that the site loads much faster now.

Thanks Christian, I hope everything goes well in the future. Will let you know.

Just an update..

same problem:( It seems that there was just one of those refresh – blank, refresh – blank, refresh – blank, refresh – blank, refresh – works. moments, like Kardall mentioned above..

I did disabled FastCGI for all PHP versions.

Maybe I need to wait some tome for a change to take an effect? I’m getting desperate..

Any other advices?

@tthayne and RaymondM2011

If you are using a Grid hosting account you may not have this option. You may want to attempt to disable all your Plugins to see if one of them are causing the issue. Also when the issue is occurring you may want to contact support so they can troubleshoot the server to ensure everything is working properly.

They can be reached at http://support.godaddy.com/support.
