Adding CAPTCHA to the form

The CAPTCHA code is not showing up on the form. The box is there, but with the word CAPTCHA inserted in the box. How do I get the security letters to show up?

This may be due to file permissions not being set right causing the image not to display. You may want to try the suggestions in the following link I found or contact the plugin provider for assistance:
