Calling onPageLoad() failed: TypeError:

I am getting this error message (Calling onPageLoad() failed: TypeError: PageDesignerIFrame.jQuery is not a function) preventing me from editing my web pages (everest-associates.com). It pops up after I log into WT and I click on “design your pages.” It happens in both firefox and IE. I have tried deleting all of my add-ons and reinstalled firefox and have spent 2 hours on the phone with godaddy technical support to no avail.
I have windows 7.
Any ideas out there??

@John65 Have you tried loading your site builder from a different computer? You may also wish to add any *websitetonight.com URLs to your trusted sites. Besides that, I would recommend contacting our support team to see if it’s a browser issue or if there’s coding in your builder that might cause this:

Hi John, I HAVE the exact same issue and after weeks conversing with Godaddy I still dont have an answer.
Anyways, for some reason I have always made website tonight changes on this pc but now I get this message. I can update the site on other pcs but obviously not convenient.
I have turned off firewalls, anti virus, scanned for viruses using 3 antivirus/trojen/etc scanners to no avail.
Would be good to see if we find the cause.

May-2013 I have a similar problem (“Calling onPageLoad() failed: TypeError: PageDesignerIFrame.require is not a function”) after installing Norton 360 on XP. GoDaddy Tech Support still does not recognize the problem. Have tried turning off Norton 360 services on 3 browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) with intermittent success but mostly failure. Problem appears when launching the Page Designer (app6.websitetonight.com). Oddly, the <preview> function works ok.
