Can’t get out of the gate!

I own multiple domains. On one of them, rentrvschicago.com, I used the InstaPage that came with the domain. I went through all the steps to design the page. I see no Save option or any way to move past the design stage. I’m using IE 9. All of the help pages on this topic refer to links I never get to. I logged on to my Website Tonight account using my master account log in information. It takes me to the page I designed and I’m right back where I started. I never get to a Manage or Publish option. What am I missing?

From what I can see, the page is published. Here is a article that has all of the links you will need. If the problem continues, I would recommend testing in a different browser.
