Can’t launch 5-page wesbite

Pretty new to all of this but am having a REALLY hard time trying to display the content in IE8, FF, and Chrome when I click launch on my Website Tonight 5-page option. I can show you a screen shot if you’d like, just let me know where to send it. The page will load but not display the three options to get started. It just shows one option with nothing to click on. I’m running McAfee and have tried disabling it all as well and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?

That sounds like it could be an application error. I recommend you contact our support team so they can test your account. They may ask for a screen shot depending on the test results.

I did send them a screen shot. They were able to launch the page on their end with no issues at all. So it must be something on my computer. Can I email you the screen shot?

Screenshots would need to sent in directly to our Live Support team at support@godaddy.com. If you have already opened a support ticket with them in regard to this matter, simply reply to the message and include the screenshot as an attachment in your response so that they can review this further.
