I can’t access the Properties Toolbar when I open a block. When I click on the Properties tab, I get a message saying “Restore this toolbar by clicking Properties in the Options tab.” which is what I’m doing at the time I get this message.

The properties button adds a small window next to the content block you are working on. Clicking it again will remove it. By default, this small editing window will appear directly above the content block that you are working on.
