easy database issue with submitting data from form

Have an adoption application on MAKrescue.org that was created with easy database widget and website tonight. Users are receiving ‘error when trying to submit data’ after completing the application.

I have called tech support three times and no one is able to help! Very frustrating.

I was on the phone for nearly 40 minutes and the tech was able to replicate the error several times but not able to resolve.

The database has worked for the last several months and recently is having issues. I have not made any changes. This error is intermittent.

Just following up. Thanks to the details you have provided, our Easy Database team has been able to identify a bug that is causing the issues you have described. They are continuing work on a fix that should resolve this issue.

I do not have specific information on when this fix will go out. But once more details are brought to my attention, I will be sure to follow up again. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much! I just read your response after receiving an email from a ticket I submitted. The response stated that I should delete the ‘Easy Database’ and replace it with an HTML form.

I just replaced the HTML form with Easy database because the HTML form did not allow for compiling the data in an efficient manner.

So, thank you for following up! I really appreciate your help and follow thru!
I would really like to stick with the database if possible!

Just wanted to give you an update, we have found the issue, fixed it and have a software deployment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
