Failure To Publish

I’m trying to publish my WebSite Tonight template while in the GoDaddy Dashboard, and whenever I click on the Publish button in the top right hand corner, I get a red error message.
It reads: “Your hosting account is still being created. You cannot publish your site until your hosting account is fully created.”
I’m not sure what this means? I’ve fully paid for my domain and all that comes with the premium WebSite Tonight service. I’m fairly certain I’ve set everything up in the My Account menu’s.
Any help? Thank you.

If you recently initiated the setup of WebSite Tonight, it can take up to 24 hours before the account is completely setup and operational. If you are still experiencing issues after this time frame, you can contact our Support Team to review your account.

It has been well over 24 hours. I am still receiving the same error. I need to get this site up and running ASAP, I have a supplier that needs to confirm my identity and my website is the only way to do this right now.
