form submit goes to page not found

do I have to create a separate page “application submitted successfully ” page and if so How can i redirect that page back to my home page after 20 seconds?

If you would like a special page that your visitor sees once submitting the form you would first need to create that page in Website Tonight. In the Edit Form settings you can specify the email address your form is sent to and the URL to redirect visitors to once the submit the form.
