I have had a site here for 9 years, the wysiwyg, and I loved it. Not the template I have now. I’d like to totally redo, and replace it. How do I do that?

You have a couple of options. You can change the template and your content will display on the new template, or you can restart the site. Keep in mind that until you publish, the existing site will remain online.
