If you published the site through WebSite Tonight and are unable to view the site through your domain name, you may want to check to make sure the domain’s A record is pointing to the IP address of the hosting account.

I’m having the same issue using Website Tonight. And it appears the A record is point to the correct IP.
The site previews fine, but when I publish, the site does not look the same at all.

I’m currently able to view your WebSite Tonight site when I visit http://www.bulletbright.com. If you still can’t view the site, you may want to try clearing the cache on your browser and then try accessing the site again.
