Site appears different on different computers

Hi whenever I look at my site on a smartphone or one of my other computers the formatting is really messed up..but on my computer and some other ones it is fine. All the Quick Shopping Cart pages are okay though so how do I fix this for my Webiste Tonight pages??

Different browsers and devices will render websites differently. However, display issues are most often caused by floating content blocks (content blocks not in the containers with the solid blue boarders) on your site. You may want to review your site to determine if you are have any floating content blocks, and see if you are able tor remove them. You might also want to review some alternate templates, to see if there is another template that meets your needs better.
If you are still having trouble, please follow up with the domain name for your site and what isn’t displaying correctly.
