Template Images

In Templates is a listing for the Header image – it shows the image to be 1000 x 255 – I created an image 1000 x 255 and inserted it into the template – what I got was a three part divided image – I want to fill the image area across the screen – any ideas how to accomplish this? Thanks – Lad

The template images and how they are displayed are generally decided by the Template you are using. You may want to look through the templates to see if there is a similar one that better meets your needs.
If you would like a member of the Forums to take a better look at your site, can you provide your domain name if your site is published and the name of the template you are using?

Thanks Gary for the response – the site that is currently published is simply a place holder – the web site is http://www.atcpst.com – with the new replacement images I have changed the basic header from the original image to one I created. In the Advanced Template Images specifically site image #2 it identifies the available space as 1000×255. I created a graphic image to replace the stock one – I created an image in Photoshop at 1000×255 at 72-DPI and saved it as a PNG file. The intent is to cover the entire top of the screen. When I insert it – the image is displayed in three sections within the header area – to the left of the screen it displays the right 1/3 of the graphic – in the middle is the entire graphic and to the right side it displays the left 1/3 of the graphic. I have tried the three separate settings under the Select Size pull-down. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Since it seems like your live site uses a different template than the one you are working with currently, can you provide the name of the template you are currently working with?
