Trouble creating a form

I have inserted a blank form into a text box on one of my web pages. Basically what I want to do is create a form with check boxes and text boxes to gather information from potential customers so that I can provide them with a quote for the service that I provide. I then want that form to be emailed to me, so that I can respond. When I insert a blank form, the text box says “click Edit Form to add form elements.” I can’t seem to find an “Edit Form” button anywhere. Does anyone know where I can create the kind of form that I have described?

You just need to double click the form to edit it. This article will then show you how to add the form elements:
