Unable to add text widget

I’m trying to add a “Text Widget” to my new website, and I repeatedly get the notification that I cannot add a text widget from a mobile device.
However, I’m not on a mobile device– just a laptop computer. Anyone encounter this and know how to help?

I am not able to replicate this error with my own testing, it is possible that the error is being caused by your browser. Try clearing your cache and cookies or perhaps use another browser to see if you still receive this pop up:
If the issue continues, please provide a screen shot to our Support team for review.

This worked well! Thanks so much for the advice. I just used Internet Explorer instead of Firefox.
