Unable to publish site- please update

I have been unable to publish a new site. I am aware there is an issue but would like more information. Can you provide an estimate of how long until the issue is resolved? My site is for a non-profit and we have an event coming up, I would like to have a website for the public to view prior to the event. Please help! Thank you!

This has the potential to cost me thousands of dollars as well as public relations, not only can customers not see the sale I am having right now, I also look as if I dont have a website when you type in my address. This really needs to be fixed fast. I hope you didnt spend all of the money on the superbowl commercials and can not put resources towards the issue. FIX IT NOW!!!

same here WTF godaddy hey chris g, you didnt have any problem taking my money. your product doesnt work as good as my money. we customers should be compensated.

I upgraded from a 5 page site to a 10 page site just today and am now I am unable to update my website because of your ‘publishing issue’. I spent $80 this morning with GoDaddy and have had nothing but trouble today. Several of my associates have urged me to switch from GoDaddy and I have defended you. Now I look like the FOOL! When will this issue be resolved or do I just request a refund and switch like I have been advised?

I just checked in with our Advanced Support regarding the publishing issue with Website Tonight.
First, regarding your concerns about publishing within the last 3 days, I did confirm that some reports were made of issues being encountered over the weekend, but these reports were quickly addressed and resolved within a 24 hour time frame of being reported to our advanced support teams. The reports earlier today do not seem to be related to the previous matter that was already addressed.
At this time, I have received confirmation that the Website Tonight publishing issues reported today should be resolved. If there is still an issue being encountered with delays or halted publishing of your Website Tonight project, please contact our Live Support so we can investigate these matters further.

I called earlier today regarding this problem and was told it was being worked on. At the time my site was up but just no updates. Fine I’ll wait. But now NOTHING BUT A BACKGROUND IMAGE IS SHOWING ON MY WEBPAGE. As a previous poster has stated you have the potential to cost me quite a bit of money if this issue isn’t resolved. Telling your customers “We’re working on it” without any type of estimate is poor business practice on GoDaddy’s part to say the least. I would like to know what type of credit I will be receiving to my account for my inconvenience today? I have paid you, you have not delivered. Furthermore to not put this issue up as a “System Alert” or not email your customers regarding this problem is lazy and rediculous. DO BETTER!

As I had previously stated, the Website Tonight publishing issues reported earlier today should already be resolved. If you cannot republish your Website Tonight project to update the current live pages being displayed, you will need to contact our Live Support so we can further investigate any issues still being encountered.
In regards to any credits you feel are due for your account, you will also need to discuss this with our Live Support as we cannot address this concern over the Community Forum.
