WebSite Tonight does not have a Blog Feature. If this is what you are wanting this for Blogging the service for this is our Quick Blogcast is specifically for this. You can review this by visiting: http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/website-builder.aspx.
Or you may want to go with a normal Web Hosting account where you can utilize Content Management Systems such as Wordpress. This can be viewed at: http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting.aspx

I recommend setting up your WebSite Tonight account with bipolarfishing.com and your hosting account with blog.bipolarfishing.com. This will allow you to design your main website through WebSite Tonight and your blog through Wordpress. You can then link the two sites between each other.
