When I try to change the header to the Wordpress theme installed I get this message:
Unable to create directory D:Hosting9203176html/wp-content/uploads/2012/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
How can i change the header to the image I would like to use?

I have found two possible solutions to this issue online. Either a permissions issue or the upload location being changed to wp-content/uploads instead of /wp-content/uploads.
