If you have a Linux shared hosting plan, you can restore files or directories to their previous state from up to 30 days ago. You can use the steps in this help article:

Restoring a Linux Hosting Account

If you have a Windows hosting plan, you will need to use an FTP client or your File Manager to remove any files you have uploaded as we do not offer a restore feature within these plans.
