Unable to host Wordpress at the root directory

initially i put some files in my home directory.but now i have deleted all of them and also all my database…but still i am unable to install my wordpress at the root direcotry… Please HElP!

If you are installing WordPress through our Hosting Connection, if you are not able to install the application to a particular directly this usually indicates that another application has been installed there. Even if you delete the files, you will want to uninstall the application through the Hosting Connection. Information on how to do this can b3e found here:
