What is the URL of my Reseller storefront?
By learning about the elements that make up your Reseller storefront's URL, you can understand how to access your storefront and Help Center. You can also change your storefront's program ID to something unique.
Finding Your Storefront URL
To view the URL of your storefront, click the View Storefront link in the Reseller Control Center. When your storefront opens in a new browser window, the storefront URL displays in the browser's address bar.
The storefront's URL is comprised of two elements:
- https://www.securepaynet.net/?
- prog_id=******
The "******" segment marks your reseller storefront's program ID, located in the Account Information section of your Reseller Control Center's Dashboard.
A program ID of 123456 generates the following storefront URL:
https://www.securepaynet.net/?prog_id=123456
Finding Your Help Center URL
To view the URL of your Help Center, click 24/7 Sales & Support on your storefront's home page, and then click Frequently Asked Questions.
The Help Center's URL is comprised of two elements:
- http://help.securepaynet.net/?
- prog_id=******
Through your browser's address bar, you can access your Help Center by replacing the "******" segment with your program ID:
http://help.seсurepaynet.net/?рrоg_іd=******
You can also refer your customers to specific Help articles by replacing the "XXXX" segment with the article number:
http://help.seсurepaynet.net/article/XXXX?рrоg_іd=******
For example, if your program ID is 123456 and you want to view Help article 7777, then you would use this URL:
http://help.seсurepaynet.net/article/7777?рrоg_іd=123456
Changing the Program ID for Your Storefront
You can change your program ID to something more personal or easy to remember, such as "MyStore." This would change your storefront URL to:
https://www.securepaynet.net/?prog_id=MyStore
To Change the Program ID for Your Storefront
- Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
- From the Account Settings menu, and then scroll to Account Access.
- In the Program ID field, enter the new program ID for your storefront.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Changing the program ID renders all existing bookmarks for your site invalid. We recommend that you only change this code when you first launch your Reseller business, if at all.
