If you purchased our Domain Buy Service to attempt to acquire a registered domain name, you can check the status of the request through the Domain Manager. You can also contact the Domain Buy Service department at 480.366.3303.

To Check the Status of a Domain Name with Domain Buy Service

Log in to your Account Manager.
Next to Domains, click Launch.
From Buy/Sell, select Domain Buy.

The Status column lists the status level of the Domain Buy Service for a specific domain name.
