What do I do after I purchase a logo design?
After you purchase a custom logo design, we gather information from you through our Interactive Online Interview. The Interactive Online Interview lets you participate in the creation of your logo and help your designer create the logo you want.
You can stop the interview process at any time, and easily return to where you left off. At the end of your interview, you're asked to provide the best method for contacting you so we can review your interview with you.

To Access the Interactive Online Interview
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Custom Design Services.
- Click Launch next to the project you want to work with.
- From the Dashboard page, go to the Actions menu for the project you want to start, and then click Continue Project.
