What is Preview/Spam check?
Email systems, Internet Service Providers, and individuals increasingly use software to prevent spam messages from getting through to the user's inbox. Even though your Contacts have given you permission to send them email messages, and Express Email Marketing® clearly identifies you as the sender, some systems may identify your campaign as spam or potential spam.
The preview/spam check feature searches your entire campaign for words and phrases considered red flags or potential indicators of spam. Your goal is not to remove all words that are identified but to obtain a good idea of some key words and phrases that you may want to limit in your campaign.
Do surveys I create or the responses I receive affect my emails/year count?
