Updating Products and Services for Your Reseller Storefront

After you use the Quick Setup Wizard, your Reseller storefront includes all products by default. In the Reseller Control Center, you can update which products and services you want to offer.

Some products require that you offer the entire suite. For example, if you want to offer email plans, you must offer the entire Email & Productivity suite, which also includes Hosted Exchange, Calendar, Fax Thru Email, Online Storage, and SMTP Relay.

When you select a product offering or suite, the Reseller Control Center saves your selection and displays it on your storefront within an hour.

To Update Products and Services for Your Reseller Storefront

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
  2. Go to the Products & Pricing tab.
  3. To automatically offer new products when they become available, select Automatically add new products at the default retail price. Otherwise, deselect this option.

    NOTE: Some product offerings are dependent on others. If a new product is dependent upon a complementary product that you don't offer, we cannot automatically add it to your storefront.

  4. To update any of these product suites, click it, and then do the following:
    • Hosting — Select the individual hosting products and services you want to offer: Web Hosting, Virtual Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, and/or Assisted Services.

      NOTE: To offer hosting products and services, you must also offer the Email & Productivity suite.

    • SSL & Security — Select the individual SSL and security products you want to offer: SSL Certificates, Code Signing Certificates, and/or Website Protection.
    • Email & Productivity — Select Yes, add the Email & Productivity suite of products to my storefront to offer Email Plans, Hosted Exchange, Calendar, Fax Thru Email, Online Storage, and SMTP Relay.
    • Site Builders — Select the individual website-building products and services you want to offer: Quick Blogcast®, Quick Shopping Cart®, Website Design, and/or Website Builder.
    • Marketing Tools — Select Yes, add the Marketing Solutions suite of products to my storefront to offer Express Email Marketing®, Search Engine Visibility, and Quick Content.
    • Add-ons & Admin — If your storefront offers hosting, it also offers prepaid add-ons and administrative services (bandwidth, disk space, and a hosting restore fee) by default.
