Where's my reseller commission?
If you have never received a commission payment, first verify the setup of your Payee account.
To Verify Your Payee Account
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- On the Payments page, select Payee Accounts.
- On the Payee Accounts page, under the Details heading, click Edit.
- Review the payee details, and click Submit.
Next, check your account settings in the Reseller Control Center to verify the link between your Payee account and your reseller account.
To View the Payee Information for Your Reseller Account
- Log in to the Reseller Control Center.
- Go to the Settings tab, and then select Payee & Tax Information.
- Select the name of the Payee Account, and click Apply.
If the information is correct, contact our Customer Support Department for further investigation.
