Is there an email limit in Express Email Marketing?

Because plans are based on the number of subscribers you can send to, Express Email Marketing® does not limit the number of emails or campaigns you can send to your subscribers.
While Express Email Marketing does not limit how many emails you can send, accounts are suspended if we receive multiple reports of spam or you send a campaign that generates excessive bouncebacks. You can avoid those things by sending to valid addresses for people who have opted in to receive your mailings.
