Rebooting or Requesting a Power Cycle for Your Server
You can request a power cycle of your server in the VPS and Dedicated Server Control Panel.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Servers.
- Next to the server you want to use, click Launch.
- From the Support section, click Request Power Cycle.
- Review and confirm your request.
NOTE:Please allow up to 30 minutes for your Virtual Private Server (VPS) to fully reboot and up to 1 hour for your dedicated server to fully reboot.
