Finding Your Hosting Account's IP Address

If your domain name is not pointing to your hosting IP address, your site and FTP access via the domain name will not resolve. If the domain is not resolving to your hosting account, you can update your A record @ to point to your hosting IP or use the IP directly for FTP client access until you update this setting.

To Locate Your Hosting IP Address

Log in to your Account Manager.
Click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click the Launch button.

Your IP address displays in the IP Address field in the Server Details column.
