Can I use a suppression file with Express Email Marketing?
Yes. This option is available through the Express Email Marketing control panel, except for secure suppression files. For those, we have to import them manually. To request this, simply contact our support team with the following information:
- Shopper ID and 4-digit PIN
- Suppression file in its encrypted form
- Hashing algorithm used (typically MD5 encryption)
- Hashed value, along with the salt used to hash the value
You can call our 24/7 technical support team or email us to request the update. Once we process the request, the suppression file is imported in to your account within 24-48 hours.
