Upgrading/Downgrading Your Express Email Marketing Plan
If your subscriber list changes, you can change your Express Email Marketing® plan to support a different volume of subscribers.
To Upgrade Your Express Email Marketing Plan
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Click Options for the account you want to manage.
- Click the Customize tab.
- In Plan, select the Express Email Marketing plan you want to switch to.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Click Checkout, and then complete the checkout process to complete your upgrade.
To Downgrade Your Express Email Marketing Plan
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Express Email Marketing.
- Click Options for the account you want to manage.
- Click the Customize tab.
- In Plan, select the Express Email Marketing plan you want to switch to.
- Click Save Changes to confirm your selection.
- Close the Customize window.
