Connecting to Your Cloud Server Powered by Mac OS X Using VNC

Date Submitted: 2-18-2010

You can manage your Cloud Server powered by Mac OS® X by using a VNC client, which lets you see the server's screen as though you were sitting at its console, similar to remote desktop. You can download a VNC client, such as TightVNC (Windows) or Chicken of the VNC (Mac), from the Internet.

To Connect to Your Server Using VNC

  1. Start your VNC client.
  2. Enter your server IP and admin password when prompted.
  3. When you connect to the server, type admin for the user name, and then enter the password you created when you set up your server.
