Setting up Easy Database for Websites

On June 30, 2013, we will no longer support Easy Database for Websites. Visit Exporting Your Easy Database for Websites Table for information on exporting your content and moving to another company.

Easy Database for Websites lets you create, manage and publish data straight to your website. Once you purchase Easy Database for Websites, use this information to set up the account.

Setting Up Easy Database for Websites — Existing Beta Users

Easy Database for Websites beta users can migrate their existing database content into a paid account.

To Set Up Easy Database for Websites — Existing Beta Users

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Easy Database.
  3. Next to the account you want to set up, click Launch.
  4. Enter your existing login to migrate your beta account to this paid account, and then click I Agree.

Setting Up Easy Database for Websites — Existing Workspace Users

If you have Workspace account (Workspace Webmail, Online Storage, Calendar, or Fax Thru Email), you can use it to create your Easy Database for Websites account.

To Set Up Easy Database for Websites — Existing Workspace Users

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Easy Database.
  3. Next to the account you want to set up, click Launch.
  4. Enter your Workspace Webmail address and Password.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. To start Single Sign-on, re-enter your Workspace Webmail address and Password.
  7. Select the accounts you want accessible under your single sign-on, and then click Link Accounts.
  8. Click Return to Easy Database.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to start creating your database.

Setting Up Easy Database for Websites — New Users

Use these instructions to associate your Easy Database for Websites account with an email address not in use by a Workspace application.

To Set Up Easy Database for Websites — New Users

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Easy Database.
  3. Next to the account you want to set up, click Launch.
  4. Click Create New Account.
  5. Enter the email address you want to associate to this account.
  6. Login to the email account you specified, and then open the Account Verification email.
  7. To activate the Easy Database for Websites account click Verify Account, or visit the URL listed in the email message.
  8. Create a password for the Easy Database for Websites account, and then verify the password.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to start creating your database.
