Go Daddy Support is the place where you can get assistance, exchange ideas, and grow your Web presence by talking with other people just like you. Find answers and advice as you build your business and your website.
All registered Go Daddy customers can be members of Support. As a Support member, you can post and comment on articles in the Support Library, read and comment on Go Daddy Blog posts about our products and services, participate in forum discussions, access Help documentation for your products, and more.
Join groups in Support for direct access to the most recent information related to the products you love most. Connect with other Support members so you can grow your network and communicate directly with one another.
Here are the features of Support:
Support
- Help Center — Browse articles from our Help Center for fast answers.
- Spanish Help — Select articles are available in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking customers.
- System Alerts — View information on current issues with your products and services.
- Contact Support — View all of the ways to contact support, including phone numbers, email addresses, links to help, and more. We're right here for you every day of the year, 24/7.
Groups
- My Product Groups — Go directly to a list of the Product Groups that you're a member of.
- All Groups — Lists each product and interest area which has a group in Support. You can be a member of any group. Feel free to join or leave product groups as you feel necessary.
Forums
- All Forums — Ask questions, get advice, help with issues, and more. You can turn to other Support members and leverage their expertise and experience to get the answers you need.
Blogs
- Go Daddy Product Blog — Find the latest news and information on Go Daddy products and services.
- Support Library — Post your own articles related to Business, eCommerce, Technology and Software, Office and Operations, Minority Resources, Marketing and Sales, Law and Taxes, or Finances and Capital for others to view and comment on.
- IdeaShare — We post ideas and descriptions of new product and feature suggestions, and you can join the team by leaving comments and voting. We use your feedback to build roadmaps for our products.

- My Product Groups — Go directly to a list of the Product Groups that you're a member of.
- My Applications — Hosting customers can manage their downloaded applications.
- Message Center — View and reply to messages in your Support Inbox.
- My Connections — Manage your member connections or get quick access to the profile of other members with whom you have a connection.
- Edit Profile — Your profile shares your Support information with other users. You can edit your member profile, change your avatar, update notification settings, manage your connection requests, and view or edit posts you have made.
