Recovering the Root Password in Simple Control Panel
If you don't remember the root password for your server, you can create a new one using Simple Control Panel.
To Recover the Root Password
- First log on to Simple Control Panel as the administrator.
- Click System User Configuration.
- Click the Change Password icon next to root.
- In the New password and New password (again) fields, type the new password.
