Premium Extended Validation Secure Certificates are available to registered business entities in the following countries:

- United Kingdom
- United States
Deluxe Individual Secure Certificates currently CANNOT be issued to individuals in the following countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Sudan
- Syria
Deluxe Corporate Secure Certificates, Driver Signing and Code Signing Certificates currently can only be issued to registered business entities in the following countries:
