Plans are based on the number of subscribers you can send to, so there is no limit to the number of emails you can send.
Reports of Spam or Excessive Bouncebacks Will Result in the Suspension of Your Account
Express Email Marketing accounts are suspended if there are multiple reports of spam or excessive bouncebacks.
What are email duplicates and why are they bad?
